shower head, cold water for bath not working. Wifi only in reception. Front desk people nice.

Thee shower is so rusted or clogged that it doesn't work, so you have to take a bucket bath. And the cold-water tap doesn't work. Fortunately, the hot water doesn't come for a while, so you can fill at least half of the bucket with cold water before the hot water starts. And they didn't clean the room on the first day. The front desk man is honest (returns change even when he doesn't have it immediately--another instance of management being inferior to employees in India) and helpful, but because the hotel apparently doesn't get a lot of international guests, he doesn't know about things we need--such as where to change money. And his English is limited, so sometimes it's hard to communicate what you are asking. The wifi is for reception, doesn't reach to the rooms, so you have to use your phone as a hotspot there. By Western standards, this is terrible. By. Indian standards, average.

Location is very nice. Quite spacious rooms. Ample and covered parking. Cooperative staff. Famous restaurants in vicinity. Was upgraded from Executive Ac to Premium Ac Room at no extra cost. More than full marks for cleanliness. Just like a Corporate Hospital. 24 hours elevator service. Excellent. Thanks to Darshan Executive and Make My Trip.

The staff is ok but there were too restrictions I mean I can get my guest into my room That's really terrible Room is ok but still there was comfort factor was missing And they facilities they show on the website was not available so much Overall maximum average And terribly I can't put my room key with me

I booked 1 room for 1 night from Goibibo. Totally satisfied with the property. Its newly constructed hotel. The breakfast was included with the booking. We were given Poha, Bread-butter and Tea. They don't have their restaurant, however they bring bf/ dinner if you ask. Staff is nice and polite. Location is also convenient for visitors. Overall worth the price. I will recommend this hotel for couple / families.

Stayed here for 1 Night in Oct'15 with my Family on a personal tour. We booked this hotel online and got the deal for Rs.1532 for 2 Rooms. This was a decent hotel situated almost on the highway. Hotel have their own basement parking where 5-6 cars can be parked. The rooms were spacious with balcony and had 2 single sofa's, center table and 2 single beds. Since we had a infant with us, hotel staff joined the 2 single beds to make it a double bed. Rooms are equipped with Split AC so we had a sound sleep in the night. Breakfast in the morning was neither good nor bad. Did not had much interaction with the staff, only time we interacted was while checkin and checkout which was done very quickly.
